Billing and Shipping Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and all online payments will be processed in Australian dollars. The amount to your credit card or debited from your bank account may differ slightly to the price shown at the checkout due to the currency conversion and any bank fees you may incur.
Studio Vincenza (Earthly Beads and Objects, La PasseggARTa and Visual Arts Together) currently accepts payment via Cash, Credit Card and online payments via Paypal (also accepting credit cards). If you would like to pay by Direct Deposit, please contact me for details.
Shipping and Insurance Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days and shipped in 3-5 business days subject to full payment being received. Postage will be combined for multiple items and any excess postage paid will be refunded.
Tracking and insurance is extra; contact me for the current Australia Post Domestic and International rates.
Domestic shipping will be sent via Australia Post – standard rate. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and packaged the following business day. If for any reason we expect delays in shipping, I’ll keep you updated via email.
International shipping will be sent via Australia Post – standard rate. Products will be shipped within 1-3 business days of ordering. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and packaged the following business day. Please allow 28 days for international delivery. Items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with the national laws of that country. As the buyer you are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
Refunds and Returns
Please be sure to select your items carefully. I do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds are only offered in the case that a product is faulty. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your item, and return the goods in the same condition and packaging as it was received. If you return something to us that is faulty, we will credit the shipping cost back to you. I check and package all your purchases to ensure they are in perfect condition before I send them to you
Earthly Beads and Objects are all hand-made so there will be inherent variations and natural imperfections due to the way work is crafted. Every attempt is made to accurately represent the colour and quality of each item, however the appearance of colours may vary from screen to screen.
Workshops and Classes All Studio Vincenza workshops and programs require a minimum number of confirmed and paid bookings for the activity to proceed. If the workshop or program needs to be cancelled due to insufficient numbers a full refund will be offered.
Unable to make it? To receive a refund you must contact me at least 14 days prior to your workshop date. No refunds will be given after this time. If you are unable to attend at the last minute you may prefer to offer your spot to a friend. Please get in touch first so I can amend the participant enrolment details.
Custom Orders
If you spot a piece you love and it’s sold out, email us and we might be able to make one for you.
A custom order generally takes about 3 weeks and requires a 50% deposit to commence.
