Our health is determined by much more than genes and lifestyle decisions.
It is determined by the circumstances in which we are born, grow, live, work and age.

I am an NDIS provider of Core and Capacity Building Supports, a qualified teacher of art, craft and design, and a practicing artist.
Visual Arts Together combines my passions – Art and People, representing forty years of experience of working in the world of art with people from diverse abilities, backgrounds, and contexts.
I firmly believe everyone has the right to access community places, spaces and opportunities – and be part of the action! That’s why our Visual Arts Together NDIS programs take place in de-institutionalized mainstream community settings such as Art Spaces, Galleries, Neighbourhood Houses, Libraries, Community Halls and Centres.
As a place-based, inclusive art program and service for adults Visual Arts Together is celebrated for its success in nurturing the creative and expressive potential of participants, achieving improved health and wellbeing outcomes, increasing capacity, social participation, lifelong learning and pathways to employment.
We’d love to see you at one of our community-based weekly programs or if that’s not possible we’ll bring the studio to you! Get in touch to find out if we’re just what you looking for – Complete this form – I’ll be in touch shortly to have a chat.
Coming to art is more about what you do yourself…It makes me feel more capable. We’re all friendly to each other – I feel part of the group, very much so. Wendy
One of the best things about coming to Visual Arts Together has been participating in a creative process and experiencing the peace I felt in being present in the moment. This program assisted in affirming a sense of self and building confidence in myself.
I am proud of what I have achieved and am inspired with new ideas for future projects. Samantha
There are not many successes in their lives so it’s a fantastic achievement to produce the art, and then to have the exhibition. Support Worker
Congratulations on yesterday’s launch – it was a great success.
We send a big thank you to La PasseggARTa from David House participants and staff. Dementia has a significant impact on their ability to participate in programs they previously loved; whilst participating in the Visual Arts Together program they were able to reconnect with some of their previous skills. Once again, thank you for providing this great opportunity.
